The interogation room in the film 12 Monkeys, from Universal Studios does look ver similar to Lebbeus Woods' "Neomechanical Tower (Upper) Chamber".

In my opinion the two tracks do share some similar elements, however I would not argue that copyright had been breeched by George Harrison. The differences, I believe, out weigh the similarities.
